Friday, January 26th and Saturday, January 27th from 10am – 6pm, CoastAL Orange Beach will be hosting a job fair seeking to hire for many positions. Managers from each business and department will be on site doing open interviews and fulfilling jobs that day! Training will start soon after hiring to get a jump-start on the 2024 season. It is highly recommended that all interested applicants go to www.coastalorangebeach.com/Coastal-Orange-Beach-Employment and apply online in advance. Applications will also be on site and all hires are contingent upon a clean background check, so please bring proper I-9 identification. Available positions include: Server, Busser, Bartender, Hostess, Food Runner, Dishwasher, Cook, Kitchen Prep, Gift Shop, Maintenance and more.

CoastAL Orange Beach has a focused search for back of house employees and offers wage incentives to fill these positions. Starting wages are as follows - $18/hour for dishwashers, $20/hour for prep cooks and oyster shuckers, and $22/hour for line cooks. Offering higher starting wages with multiple advancement opportunities, these roles offer a career not just a job. These full-time positions include other incentives like flexible hours, major medical, employee appreciation outings, and apprenticeship program opportunities to become a certified sous chef.
