Orange Beach is hiring for a wide range of positions, and we’d love for you to join the family! We’re hosting a
Hiring Event on Thursday, January 30th and Friday, January 31st from 10 AM to 5 PM, and we’re looking for great people to help kick off another exciting season.
Managers from all departments will be on-site conducting open interviews and making same-day hires. Training will begin shortly after hiring as we prepare for the upcoming season.
Whether you’re interested in front of house, back of house, culinary, or retail, this is your opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced, beachfront environment where no two days are the same. Back of house positions offer starting wages of up to $22 per hour*, with additional incentives and opportunities for growth, including our apprenticeship program.
